These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veracity AI Pods website (the “Site”), an offering of Veracity Solutions. Veracity Solutions is a trade name of Codigo. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It describes our services and lets you contact us or request an AI Discovery Inception. Content on the Site is not an offer, guarantee, or professional advice, and results described are illustrative and not a promise of any particular outcome.

Submitting a form or otherwise contacting us is a request to begin a conversation — it does not create a binding engagement. Any services we provide, including an AI Discovery Inception, are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Veracity Solutions. Pricing and credit terms referenced on the Site are subject to that agreement.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful way or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Introduce malware or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Veracity AI Pods and Veracity Solutions names and marks — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. Third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or as permitted by law.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and providing a link does not imply endorsement.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
