Some of his experience has come over time with organizations like Intermountain Healthcare, eBay, Bamboo HR, G.E. Healthcare, and Veracity Solutions. His fascination for automation began back in 2003 when he created tools to use for customer support at eBay. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Ken enjoys taking large, expensive automation projects and reducing them into simple solutions for a fraction of the cost. Now, he’s dedicated his career to helping organizations gain confidence through scalable test automation and finding affordable solutions to meet their unique needs. He is in the process of writing a book on the 4 phases of test automation, highlighting critical information of what causes many companies in the industry to fall into the desperation phase, and how to avoid other common industry pitfalls.

Michael Bright is the creator of Continuous Confidence and a Senior Software Engineer for Bamboo HR. After more than 15 years in software development, Michael has dedicated his career helping organizations release gain confidence surrounding software deployment and automation. In 2019 he founded Continuous Confidence Consulting where he guides organizations to create build processes that can release clean code 8-12 times a day. He is currently working on his first book to teach others about his ideas and methodologies. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing boardgames.
